Based on the diagnostics conducted today, you're being scheduled for a free line replacement to resolve your internet connectivity issues.  If it is determined that you've altered or modified the entry point of the line into your home or that a Wi-Fi booster or extender that you've installed has impacted your internet service, you will be charged for the technician's visit to your home, a one-time charge of $149.99
